High quality jewellery is less likely to cause issues such as allergic reactions and irritation. This can be more serious if low grade metals are used in sub dermal piercings such as dermal anchors. Minimise the risk of this occurring by always using high quality titanium jewellery which is hypoallergenic and will present fewer problems to clients with sensitive skin than other metals.
